It Just Keeps On Getting Better!

We have been playing for the most amazing crowds of Laura's fans and making new friends through her music.  Thank you all for coming out and supporting our efforts and the genius of Laura Nyro. Thanks also to all of the venues who invited us to play and believe in this show. The Bearsville show was filled with adoring nyrotics and we all went on the ride together. This summer the Guthrie Center blew my mind. What a gorgeous performing arts room. Thanks to the professional soundmen in the halls we play. Their job is not easy and they always get it right.  We were back at the  Colorscape Festival and what an attentive crowd. Thanks, Ken. I've been hearing the greatest Laura stories from folks who knew her and will be posting them soon. Looking back, what a thrill to play with Steve Katz of Blood, Sweat and Tears and the Blues Project.  I look forward to more of that! Did you know that he played harmonica on the original BST version of "And When I Die"? Well, he resurrected it with us at the Towne Crier in Beacon.  What fun!  He also was a close friend of Laura's.
